Without a doubt, 2024 was a year to remember for all of us at First Connect. We welcomed thousands of new agents to our platform and saw massive growth from our existing agencies. Independent agencies are at the heart of our marketplace and our shared success is something we are incredibly proud of.
That’s why we are thrilled to celebrate the newest class of First Connect President’s Club members. To earn their spot, these 28 agencies wrote a minimum of $500,000 in new business premium with five or more carriers. In May, we’re treating this elite group to a luxury stay at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North along with unforgettable experiences, excursions, and an official awards ceremony!

President’s Club is a part of the First Connect Rewards program that offers exclusive benefits to agents just for doing what they do best – writing business! The program is made up of four tiers: President’s Club, Platinum, Gold, and Silver. Each tier offers exclusive benefits like early access to new carriers, a dedicated Account Manager, free Continuing Education courses, and a digital marketing toolkit to promote their First Connect status.
In 2024, we had nearly 380 agencies qualify for a rewards tier including 50 Platinum, 137 Gold, and 164 Silver agencies.
